The Mylestom Tidal Pool will be closed from early October to late December 2025 (weather permitting) for major upgrade works. While works are underway, visitors can still enjoy much of what makes Mylestom special—from the river views, access to North Beach and the North Beach General Store.

Also known as North Beach, Mylestom is one of the Bellingen Shire's best-kept secrets – a peaceful coastal village nestled between the Bellinger River and a sweeping stretch of uncrowded surf beach.
